● 産品簡介:

本産品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成,适用于瓊脂糖凝膠電(diàn)泳中DNA條帶的分析。産品中已含有1×loading buffer,可根據實驗需要,直接取2-5μl電(diàn)泳,使用方便,電(diàn)泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小(xiǎo)分别為(wèi)10025050075010002000bp。其中750bp條帶為(wèi)100ng/5μl,顯示加亮帶,其餘條帶濃度50ng/5μl


● 使用方法:

1. 2-5μl本産品加入到(dào)瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中(每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl,如果加樣孔寬于

5mm,可以适當增加上(shàng)樣量)就(jiù)行電(diàn)泳。

2. 建議電(diàn)泳條件(jiàn):凝膠濃度為(wèi)1.5-2.0%,凝膠長(cháng)度5-7cm,電(diàn)泳電(diàn)壓4-10v/cm,電(diàn)泳時間15-20

分鍾。

3. 通(tōng)過EB染色後紫外燈下(xià)觀察條帶。

注:如果使用Goldview等染料就(jiù)行染色,由于靈敏度比EB低(dī),請酌情增加Marker的上(shàng)樣量。

● 注意事(shì)項:

1. 瓊脂糖的質量對DNA的電(diàn)泳有很大影響,電(diàn)泳時請盡量使用質量優等的瓊脂糖。

 

2. 使用新鮮配制的電(diàn)泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進行電(diàn)泳,以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
