● 儲存條件(jiàn): -20℃可長(cháng)期保存；4℃穩定貯存3個(gè)月(yuè)。經常使用時，一(yī)旦融化後請4℃貯存，盡量避免反複凍融。
● 産品簡介：
本産品包含Taq DNA聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl2、反應緩沖液、PCR反應的增強劑和優化劑以及穩定劑，濃度為(wèi)2×。使用時，隻需補加實驗所需的引物(wù)和模闆後即可進行PCR反應，可最大限度的減少人為(wèi)誤差，具有快速簡便、穩定性好等優點。适用于常規PCR反應、複雜(zá)模闆（如GC含量高(gāo)，有二級結構）的擴增以及大規模基因檢測。使用該産品得到(dào)的PCR擴增産物(wù)末端含有一(yī)個(gè)A堿基，可以直接用于TA克隆。
● 質量控制：
經檢測無外源核酸酶活性；PCR方法檢測無宿主殘餘基因組DNA；能(néng)有效地擴增人基因組中的單拷貝基因。
● 使用說明：
1. 冰浴中徹底融化2×MasterMix，混勻後Minispin将溶液收集到(dào)管底。
2. 按照(zhào)下(xià)表在0.2ml PCR管中制備反應體系：
