● Introduction：
6-BA是第一(yī)個(gè)人工(gōng)合成的細胞分裂素，在促進發芽、促進花芽分化、提高(gāo)坐果率、促進果實生(shēng)長(cháng)、提高(gāo)果品品質等多(duō)方面表現良好。
本産品是6-BA的即用型溶液，已經抽濾除菌，可以直接按照(zhào)所需濃度加到(dào)植物(wù)培養基中。6-BA常用的工(gōng)作濃度為(wèi)0.1-5 mg/L。
It has been reported that 5-10 mg/L of BA is an optimal range for shoot multiplication of banana culture（1）; while 1.0 and 2.0 mg/L of BA have been used for blackberry culture.（2）。 At most cultures (e.g., Achimenes, African violet, ajuga, begonia, hosta, syngonium, etc.) are maintained on MS medium supplemented with 1 mg/L of BA and 0.025 mg/L of NAA.
