産品簡介:

   本産品包含一(yī)種已知分子量的标準蛋白(bái)質,分子量大小(xiǎo)為(wèi)6.5 kD,可以用來判斷多(duō)肽電(diàn)泳時蛋白(bái)的分子量(變性還(hái)原電(diàn)泳)。産品配套非變性電(diàn)泳上(shàng)樣緩沖液,可用于粗略判斷多(duō)肽非變性電(diàn)泳時條帶的大小(xiǎo)(非變性非還(hái)原電(diàn)泳)。

6.5 kD單條蛋白(bái)Marker 以幹粉狀态提供。以每次使用配制好的溶液10 μl(0.2 μg/μl)計算(suàn),該産品可以大約使用500次。

使用說明:

一(yī). 配制10 mg/ml 6.5 kD蛋白(bái)Marker母液:

1 mg 粉末溶于100 μl超純水(shuǐ)中,徹底溶解。此溶液-20貯存,有效期一(yī)年(nián)。

. 按照(zhào)下(xià)表配制Marker溶液

注:由于2×Tricine多(duō)肽上(shàng)樣緩沖液(變性,還(hái)原)中DTT含量會(huì)随貯存時間延長(cháng)而降低(dī),變性還(hái)原電(diàn)泳可以選擇補加DTT。

2.1  取配制好的溶液徹底混勻後,立即上(shàng)樣電(diàn)泳,每次上(shàng)樣10 μl。

2.2  電(diàn)泳結束後,染色,觀察結果。

注:6.5 kD蛋白(bái)電(diàn)泳要使用Tricine系統電(diàn)泳(貨号:RTD6120和RTD6121),如使用經典Laemmli系統會(huì)導緻片段不可見(jiàn)。
