草(cǎo)铵膦又(yòu)稱草(cǎo)丁膦，商品名為(wèi)保試達(basta)、百速頓，化學名為(wèi)4-[羟基(甲基)膦酰基]-DL-高(gāo)丙氨酸或2-氨基-4-[羟基(甲基)膦酰基]丁酸铵(2-amino-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)butyric acid ammonium salt)，草(cǎo)铵膦為(wèi)白(bái)色結晶，有輕微氣味。熔點為(wèi)210°C，760 mmHg下(xià)沸點為(wèi)519.1°C。易溶于水(shuǐ)，22℃時在水(shuǐ)中溶解度為(wèi)1370 g/L，在常見(jiàn)的有機(jī)溶劑中溶解度較低(dī)。
As an analogue of glutamine and acts as a competitive inhibitor of glutamine synthetase. Soluble in water. It is an herbicide commonly used in plant molecular biology and plant tissue culture. It is the ammonium salt of glufosinate. It is also known as Glufosinate or Glufosinate ammonium.
篩選濃度建議：
If
you are selecting seedlings in soil, the concentration of PPT is 120mg/L, but
if you select your seedlings in plates, the concentration should be 10mg/L.
● 母液配制方法：
10 mg/ml （50 mM）草(cǎo)铵膦溶液：
取100mg草(cǎo)铵膦粉末，加入10 ml蒸餾水(shuǐ)徹底溶解，0.22μm 抽濾除菌，-20℃貯存。
● 篩選bar基因草(cǎo)铵膦終濃度：
有文獻報(bào)道，以拟南(nán)芥為(wèi)材料，土(tǔ)壤中幼苗篩選草(cǎo)铵膦終濃度為(wèi)120 mg/L；培養基中篩選草(cǎo)铵膦終濃度為(wèi)10 mg/L。
